Returns + Refunds

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 45 days from date of delivery. If 45 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only items returned within 14 days of delivery will be fully refunded and credited to original form of payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We respect and value our customers and your trust is important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with each purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied,  we will accept returns of saleable merchandise either for a full refun, exchange or store credit.  Refunds for returns made within 14 days of delivery will be credited to the original form of payment. Returns made within 45 days of delivery will be eligible for exchange or store credit.

The following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
  • Full refunds to original form of payment are credited to merchandise returned with 14 days of delivery.  After 14 days of delivery, returned merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. 
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
  • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
  • We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
  • Yasmine Collection NY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


INITIATING A RETURN

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return and request a return label, email yasmine@yasminecollectionny.com

Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items returned within 7 days of purchase can be refunded to original form of purchase. Sale items returned after 7 days of purchase will be refunded as store credit equal to the value of item at the time of purchase.


EXCHANGES

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yasmine@yasminecollectionny.com and we will contact you with instructions for exchange.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


SHIPPING

To return your product, email yasmine@yasminecollectionny.com for instructions and mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
